Please be advised that the sittings of Drogheda District Court will return to the Courthouse, Drogheda, Co. Louth with effect from Monday the 25th of April, 2022.
All cases previously adjourned to Drogheda District Court sitting in Dundalk will now be listed at Drogheda District Court sitting in Drogheda.
Any future remands or adjournments to Drogheda District Court, to a date on or after the 25th of April, 2022, should be resulted to Drogheda District Court sitting in Drogheda.
All new proceedings issued for Court hearings on or after this date should be made returnable for Drogheda District Court sitting at the Courthouse, Drogheda, Co. Louth.
The administration of the Drogheda District Court remains unchanged. All Court documents should be lodged with Dundalk Court Office, The Courthouse, Dundalk, Co. Louth, A91 XHP6
