Kilkenny District Court scheduled for Monday 27 January 2025 is now cancelled and said court list stands adjourned to Thursday 30 January 2025.

Please note that Drogheda District Court will sit in the Courthouse, Dundalk on Monday 27 January, 2025 at 10.30am.

As a result of the recent flooding of Drogheda Courthouse, the sittings of Drogheda District Court on Monday 20 January and Tuesday 21 January, 2025 are transferred to Dundalk Courthouse at 10.30a.

Please take note that the Wednesday 15 January remote Callover of the Personal Insolvency matters listed for Hearing on Tuesday 21 January is now cancelled.

The Dublin County Registrars, Circuit Court Family Law Case Progression matters listed for January, February and March have been rescheduled to the following New dates in Court 35,

We have been notified of a flood at Drogheda Courthouse this morning. 

The County Registrar’s Family Law Case Progression list scheduled for Killarney Courthouse on the 15 January at 10.30 a.m. will now sit on the 22 January at 10.30 a.m.

Please note due to the adverse weather conditions, the Sligo County Registrar’s Motion Court Lists and Callover lists scheduled for Friday, 10 January 2025 are cancelled.
