Court Of Appeal - Remote Hearing Of Appeals - Easter Term 2020
Thursday 16th April 2020
Terms & Sittings
1990 Days ago

The Court of Appeal hopes to be in a position to hear civil and criminal appeals remotely this term.  Some appeals listed between the 20th April 2020 and the 1st May 2020 will be heard remotely and the court office will be in touch with the parties in the appeals concerned to ensure that the papers are in order to facilitate a remote hearing.  The parties in all other appeals listed for hearing during the above period should in the meantime make every effort to lodge the submissions and any other necessary documentation in the court office without delay so that the appeals are in a state of readiness to be heard remotely.

Any enquiries in relation to remote hearings of civil appeals (and the lodgement of necessary papers) should be made to the Registrar via email to courtofappealcivil@courts.ie.  Telephone enquiries may be made to (01) 8886120

Any enquiries in relation to remote hearings of criminal appeals (and the lodgement of necessary papers) should be made to the Registrar via email to courtofappealcriminal@courts.ie. Telephone enquiries may be made to (01) 7988004.

G. Manners

Registrar of the Court of Appeal
